1. Intellectual Property Rights
1.1. All materials contained on the TesterToday website are copyrighted. Unless explicitly stated, users are not allowed to copy, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without prior consent from TesterToday.
1.2. Violation of copyright for materials posted on the TesterToday website may result in civil or criminal liability.
2. Limitation of Liability
2.1. TesterToday is not liable for losses that may arise from using materials posted on the website, except in cases where liability is mandatory under applicable law.
2.2. TesterToday makes reasonable efforts to keep website materials accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or inaccuracies.
3. Service Offerings
3.1. TesterToday provides premium access to content on the site. Premium access gives users access to additional features: unique materials and tasks; feedback from experts; and other benefits that may be added by TesterToday in the future.
3.2. The price of premium access is listed on the website and may be changed by TesterToday at any time without prior notice to the user.
3.3. Payment for premium access is made by the user on the website through the payment systems listed by TesterToday.
3.4. Premium access is valid for the specified period of time at the time of purchase.
3.5. TesterToday does not guarantee that premium service access will be uninterrupted and error-free, and is not responsible for any losses caused by issues with the website or payment system.
3.6. Certificate of Course Participation
3.6.1. Users study the materials and complete course tasks independently. Initial certificate issue is available to signed-in users at level 20 or higher with active Premium access.
3.6.2. The certificate confirms participation in the course and records the number of completed tasks according to the account on the issue date. Reaching level 20 does not mean completing all tasks or the entire course.
3.6.3. The certificate is not a document of education or qualification, does not award a profession or qualification, and does not guarantee employment. The TesterToday graphic seal is decorative and is not an electronic signature or confirmation of state accreditation.
3.6.4. Users enter their own first and last name and check the preview before issue. Identity documents are not verified. During self-service issue, the name and PDF are processed locally in the browser and are not sent to the TesterToday server.
3.6.5. Self-service issue is available once per account for this course. Reissue, name corrections and certificates with updated progress are handled through support at tester.today.help@gmail.com. Include the account and reason for the request. Support verifies account ownership and coordinates reissue.
3.6.6. Users may continue studying and completing tasks while Premium is active. New results do not automatically change an existing PDF. Expiry of Premium does not invalidate an issued certificate.
3.6.7. Users save the PDF themselves. While the prepared file remains in the open page memory, it can be downloaded again without reissue. No server copy of the PDF is stored. After closing or refreshing the page, or losing the file, contact support for reissue.
3.6.8. If a website error prevents receipt of the certificate, support enables the user to obtain it without an additional fee or a requirement to renew Premium, provided the issue conditions were met at the time of the original certificate request. These terms do not restrict rights under applicable law.
4. Refund Terms
4.1. Refunds are made in accordance with applicable law, these terms, and the rules of the payment system used for the purchase. As a standard rule, a refund is available if the user has completed fewer than 3 tasks, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4.2. To request a refund, the user must provide:
- the email address or username used for the account;
- payment confirmation or transaction number;
- purchase date and paid amount;
- the reason for the refund request and contact details for reply.
4.3. To request a refund, send an email to tester.today.help@gmail.com or use the feedback form on the website. In the request, include the documents and information listed above.
4.4. TesterToday reviews the request and sends a decision to the user's contact email within 10 calendar days after receiving the request and all necessary information.
4.5. If premium access has been partially used, the refund amount may be reduced based on the actually provided part of the service, completed tasks, used materials, and expenses actually incurred by TesterToday in connection with providing the service.
4.6. If the refund is approved, the money is sent back within 10 calendar days after the decision is made. The final crediting time may depend on the bank or payment system.
5. Consent to Personal Data Processing
5.1. The user gives their consent to TesterToday to process their personal data in accordance with the personal data protection laws.
5.2. The personal data provided by the user to TesterToday will be used solely for the purpose of providing services on the website.
5.3. TesterToday will not disclose users' personal data to third parties, except when necessary to provide the services requested by the user (e.g., for payment processing).
5.4. The user may request the deletion of their personal data at any time by sending a request to the email address provided by TesterToday on the website.
5.5. TesterToday ensures the protection of personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5.6. TesterToday may use "cookies" technologies to improve the functionality of the website and analyze user behavior on the website. The user may disable the use of cookies in their browser settings.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. TesterToday reserves the right to change the terms of this user agreement at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
6.2. If any provision of this user agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions.
